Work experience or finding your first job can be an exciting experience but it can also be daunting and overwhelming. 

We specialise in helping students work out what they want to do with their career and how to navigate and succeed in the ever-challenging graduate job market.

To avoid frustrations in the future, it is ideal to have these conversations with children right from year 9 as this is the stage that the education system requires them to specialise in an area of study that they are interested in. 

We present young people with realistic choices about their education, training, and work by providing the right initial advice and guidance.

We support every one of our students and graduates from start to finish on their job hunt. Our simple aim is to ensure that every graduate we work with secures a job that will set them on the path to a successful and fulfilling career.

Our consulting services and programmes help students and graduates explore the vast array of career options available to them and achieve a competitive edge when it comes to applications and interviews.

How we support our students is by: 

• Providing students with necessary knowledge and skills needed to achieve their goals.
• Support with resumes and cover letters, improving interview skills and teaching on how to overcome obstacles that can prevent young people from getting the job they want.
• Helping students understand their career goals
• Providing students with options to make informative decisions that are rewarding and financially lucrative.
• Providing resources to students which prepare them for college-level courses
• We give opportunities to our students to visit university open days for them to gain relevant information needed to guide their decisions.
• Providing parents with relevant information regarding careers and employment.

Additionally, we focus on working together with parents and carers to assist the child in making a holistic decision about their career while putting the child at the centre of their learning. Parents must be educated on how important it is to put the child at the centre of their learning and allow them to make impactful decisions regarding their career. Children must be given the opportunity to choose what they delight in doing not what another individual has compelled them to do.
